Event Details

Bournemouth Bug Show presents... "A Prize Draw in a Pear Tree", an all new Christmas Raffle, with great prizes from some of your favourite invert traders!

Tickets are just £1 each!

Tickets will be drawn LIVE on Youtube on Sunday 22nd December, starting at 7:30pm. Keep an eye on our website or Facebook page closer to the date, for details on how to watch the stream.

Don't worry if you're not able to watch the stream; all winners will be emailed about their prize, using the email address provided in the ticket sale.

How it works:

Each individual ticket sales barcode will be allocated a raffle ticket number, done in numerical order, and stored in our spreadsheet
That raffle ticket will then be added to the bucket
On the night, tickets will be randomly drawn from the bucket, then a prize will be drawn
After the stream, winners will be emailed, detailing their prize and what they need to do to claim it.

What is the Handling Charge for?

To ensure tickets are delivered safely and securely and to keep the price as low as possible for you, the ticket buyer, BournemouthBugShow generally uses our E-ticket system unless otherwise stated.

For this service we charge a small Handling Fee to cover the debit/credit card processing fees, customer services, processing and distribution of tickets and our secure server costs. We always try to keep these costs to an absolute minimum. If you feel at any time that our prices are not fair or competitive we'd be happy to hear from you.

Delivery

If you have ordered physical paper tickets there is a further Delivery cost added to cover the delivery of your order through the Royal Mail network.

We always endeavour to keep these costs as low as possible to merely cover the costs of postage. We only charge you one Delivery cost per order so if there is a big group of you recommend purchasing larger amounts in one order.

When you purchase tickets through BournemouthBugShow, the full face value of the ticket is shown. This price is the price set by the event organiser and we pay this full amount to the organiser without any deductions.
